Currently a Product Engineer at Wonder Group (working across portfolio ventures including St Trinity Property Group and Wedded Wonderland). Filipino-Taiwanese, operating globally and digital-first, I bridge product strategy, systems engineering, and executive operations for high-growth tech ventures and enterprise teams across North America, Australia, and APAC.
Having previously led legacy ERP modernization at Hoversight AI Technology, my focus today spans full-cycle product engineering, governed AI workflows, and operational infrastructure: building self-sustaining, high-integrity systems that scale the business without burning out its people.

02PRODUCT STRATEGY
產品策略
Owning the why and the when. Before any screen gets designed, I find out who does what, which numbers leadership needs to trust, and which problem hurts most, then set a build order that starts there. Much of this was learned on legacy ERP, where every decision carries twenty years of history with it.
Architecture that holds. I turn how a business runs into a data model, user roles, and integration boundaries, with access enforced at the data layer and one source of truth for each number. The goal is a system that stays coherent long after the original team has moved on.

“One system replaced spreadsheets, a standalone POS, and manual purchase orders for a multi-branch operator. I scoped, designed, and built it alone, and it runs their daily sales, inventory, and production.”
A growing multi-branch operator needed one system to run production at a central facility, move stock out to branches, sell at the counter, and close the books. They were stitching together a spreadsheet inventory count, a separate POS, and manual purchase orders, and each seam was a blind spot. Leadership needed one number they could trust for what is in stock, what is in transit, and which branch is actually profitable, fitted to their own operating model instead of an off-the-shelf template.
MY OWNERSHIP & ROLE
I owned this from problem definition to shipped product. I modeled the production → distribution → branch-sales flow as data, designed role-based access so a branch cashier and a finance admin see very different systems from the same codebase, and built the full frontend and backend myself. The screens shown here are a genericized version of that system: same architecture, with the client's industry and figures replaced by sample data.
APPROACH & KEY ARCHITECTURE DECISIONS
4 DECISIONS
01
Model the physical flow of goods
Raw materials → work-in-process pools → finished goods → branch inventory → point-of-sale deduction is one continuous, auditable chain in the data model. A stock discrepancy can be traced to the exact step where it happened.
02
One source of truth per stock location
Branch finished-goods stock is decremented only by actual sales and pullouts, so there are no parallel ledgers to drift apart. Dozens of reconciliation and audit functions check this against the live data.
03
Role-aware by construction
A branch user, a production user, and an admin all load the same app but see scoped navigation and scoped data. The scoping is enforced at the data-fetch layer, so hiding a menu item is never the only protection.
04
Built for one client, reusable for others
Batch tracking, yield pools, and quality-check gates were built for this client's exact process. The underlying shape, central production feeding branches that each hold their own inventory and P&L, applies to any multi-location operator.
OUTCOME
General ERP replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets and a standalone POS with one system covering production, inventory, distribution, sales, and finance. Finance reports roll up from the same transactions the counters and the production floor record, so there is no separate reconciliation step between operations and the books.

Financial Management
Finance
Income statement, branch-level profitability comparison, expense tracking, and asset management, all rolling up from the same transactional data the operations screens use — no separate reconciliation step to get from ops to finance.
OPERATIONAL SCOPE62 data entities, 25 backend functions, 55+ routed pages across 12 operating modules
THE CORE PROBLEM
The business was running on disconnected tools: spreadsheets for pipeline, a separate app for tasks, manual bookkeeping, and no single record of who owned what. Leadership could not find out what was overdue, how much runway was left, or whether an SOP was still accurate without pinging four people. The brief was to replace that patchwork with one system that people would actually open.
MY OWNERSHIP & ROLE
I owned this from problem definition to shipped product: scoping the modules against how the business operates, designing the data model (entities, relationships, access control), building the full frontend and backend, and iterating week over week with the teams using it. Product decisions and implementation were the same job, so there were no handoffs.
APPROACH & KEY ARCHITECTURE DECISIONS
4 DECISIONS
01
Model the org itself
The module set (Launch → Sustain → Market → Lessons) mirrors the business's own operating cycle, so using the tool teaches the workflow. An off-the-shelf project tool would have forced the business into someone else's template.
02
One system of record, many audiences
The same underlying entities (Task, Client, Opportunity, Transaction) appear differently for an executive (Dashboard), a specialist (Sales Pipeline), and an admin (Financial Dashboard), so no team maintains a parallel tool.
03
Governance from the data layer up
Role-based access control, an audit log, and an automation rules engine were part of the first data model and were never patched on afterwards.
04
Audit my own numbers
After shipping, I audited the product for places where a computed number could quietly mislead as data grew. That audit drives the improvement backlog: stats that flag what needs attention, consistent design tokens, and readable dense screens.
OUTCOME
Pulse is in daily use across five-plus teams and replaced five-plus disconnected tools with one system of record. Overdue work, runway, and stale SOPs are each visible on a screen, so leadership no longer has to ask around for them.

OPERATIONAL SCOPEProperty catalog with filtering by lot, house, condo, and commercial; neighborhood discovery; pages for brokerage, appraisal, and title-transfer services
THE CORE PROBLEM
A long-established brokerage in Bacolod City needed its listings and services online in a form buyers could actually search. A small firm has no separate designer, front-end developer, and database engineer, and a design handed over as a static file loses its intent once someone else builds it.
MY OWNERSHIP & ROLE
I designed and built it myself: the property schema in PostgreSQL, storage and auth on Supabase, the filtering and neighborhood pages, and the brand and typography on top. The client received a working product instead of a handoff.
APPROACH & KEY ARCHITECTURE DECISIONS
4 DECISIONS
01
Design the data model first
The property schema and API were designed alongside the UI components, so real listings with missing photos or odd lot sizes never break the layout.
02
Make the deciding detail the clearest
Each screen is structured so the detail a buyer decides on, such as price, type, or location, is the most prominent thing on it.
03
A brand of its own
Typography, spacing, and small interactions were tuned by hand so the site reads as this brokerage and no one else, instead of as a stock component library.
04
Built to be found locally
Structured JSON-LD, location-specific markup for Bacolod City and Negros Occidental, and light client bundles help the listings load fast and surface in local search.
OUTCOME
DOMUS is live at getdomusnow.com with 500+ properties listed. The same design-and-build approach produced Curio Studio (the-curio.space), a brand site for a photography and digital studio.
